According to Ashura News, citing ISNA, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced on Wednesday: Although humanitarian aid has entered the Gaza Strip in the first phase of the ceasefire agreement, this amount of aid does not meet the needs of the people of Gaza.

UNICEF noted: Preventing the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, including vaccines and respiratory equipment, will have catastrophic consequences for children.

The fund stated: If we cannot enter medical aid into the Gaza Strip, the periodic vaccination of the region will be stopped.

The United Nations Children's Fund announced: The neonatal care unit in the Gaza Strip will not be able to care for newborn babies if medical aid does not enter the region.

UNICEF also concluded: The recent restrictions imposed on the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip have a very devastating impact.
