رئیس جمهور تصریح کرد: ما دنبال جنگ و بمب هستهای نیستیم، به دنبال مذاکره هستیم، اما آمریکاییها هم باید ثابت کنند که به دنبال مذاکره هستند.
According to Ashura Yuz, quoted by Mehr News Agency, on Sunday evening, in a meeting with representatives of parties and popular organizations, Masoud Pezzekian, referring to the necessity of changing organizational behavior, stated about the main solution to achieve this goal: The government cannot be reformed by changing individuals, and changing organizational behavior will not be achieved in one or two years, but rather requires a decade. According to scientific research, no organization changes behavior based on the behavior of a manager.
Referring to the government's efforts to solve social problems, Pezzekian further stated: Social problems cannot be solved by simply writing a prescription. We have plans to solve problems such as the lack of schools, livelihood problems, employment, and imbalances, but having a plan alone is not enough to solve the problems. There are guidelines for solving problems, but implementation is not easy.
Pezizkian stated that the effort to gain power is different from the effort to solve the country's problems, and noted: "Good measures are being taken in the government in various fields, and I am personally pursuing the attraction of capital, including domestic capital and solving the problems of investors."
The President continued by stating that good plans have been prepared to address the imbalance in the field of electricity supply, the development of railway lines, and the completion of corridors, adding: "We have also planned to provide all the deficiencies in the field of educational spaces with the participation of the people, because the government alone does not have sufficient financial resources for this purpose. Necessary plans have also been prepared and are being implemented in the field of securing the livelihood of the people."
The President continued: "Anyone who can help should come to the field, take over a sector, and solve its problems." If someone has a plan to resolve the imbalances, we accept it, but this problem cannot be solved simply by instructions, because the solution varies depending on each region and climate, and it is not possible to write and implement a single prescription for all regions of the country. We are preparing a plan based on the situation in each region of the country, but in any case, creating specialized teams and creating a unified vision to resolve these problems also takes time.
The President also referred to the government’s plan to delegate authority to the governors and said: We are giving authority to the governors and asking them for a strategic plan for the province. The government also has a plan to develop the Makran region, and we are going to use foreign consultants in this regard, but these measures will take time to achieve results.
In another part of his speech on foreign policy, Pezizian also stated: I had a telephone conversation with all the regional leaders on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. Now our relations with these countries have become much better than before, but the issue of negotiations with the United States is different; When a country like America puts us under all-out pressure and threatens us every day, how can we negotiate with it?
The President added: We believe in negotiation, but not with humiliation. We negotiate with the whole world and we have no quarrel with anyone, but we will not submit to humiliation and we will not negotiate at any cost. We are not looking for war, unrest and nuclear bombs, how else can we assure the world? We are looking for negotiation, but they must also prove that they are looking for negotiation. The fact that Iran does not intend to use its nuclear capabilities for non-peaceful purposes is not just my words, but a religious fatwa of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution.
Pezizian clarified: We can also hold meetings in the fields of investment, resolving imbalances, middle management and foreign policy, and you can present your suggestions and solutions. With this trend of imbalances, the country cannot be governed; We did not create these imbalances, but rather we are their heirs. However, the people rightly expect us to resolve these imbalances, and the government is also making efforts in this regard.
The President also stated that we are signing contracts with universities and students to solve the country's problems, and noted: These contracts are based on the problems of each region.
Emphasizing that I believe that social issues cannot be resolved by command and prohibition and that we must speak to the people with kindness and compassion, Pezizian referred to the issue of dismissing his deputy parliamentarian and said: I did not want to leave the deputy parliamentarian, but I preferred the people and my belief over friendship.
Pezizian also stated that I accept the realities of society and the people's dissatisfaction, and clarified: We have many problems, but the government is seeking to solve the problems instead of clearing the issue.
The President continued by stating that he has not forgotten his electoral supporters, saying: They should also come to the field and help us, but we do not want to enlarge the administrative structure, but rather seek to shrink the government; you should provide a solution in this regard.
Pezizian concluded by stating: My goal is not to collect votes and my gaze is not focused on the next elections, I have come to the stage to serve the country and the people and I am interested in my people and country achieving dignity. We have several problems, for example, it is not possible to continue the development of Tehran in its current form or, in the field of water tension, the problem of transferring water from the sea cannot be completely resolved; we must all help to solve these problems.
Before the president's speech, those present at the meeting explained their views, concerns, criticisms, and suggestions. Criticism of the government's monetary and financial policies, the quality of attracting domestic and foreign capital, the continued sale of congestion in cities, inaction in the face of the departure of some important figures from the government, the lack of merit in some appointments, the failure to fulfill the promise of eliminating filtering, the weakness of the media and information sector, the need for close and direct supervision of projects worth more than 100 million euros, the need for periodic monitoring of people's satisfaction with the government's performance, and the president's tolerance of sharp criticism were some of the most important topics raised in the meeting.
