A spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry said: "Consultations between Iran, Russia, and China on the Tehran nuclear issue will be held in Moscow tomorrow."
According to Ashura News, citing the TASS news agency, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced today that consultations between Russia, China and Iran on the Tehran nuclear issue will be held in Moscow tomorrow, April 8.
On April 4, the Russian Foreign Ministry also emphasized Moscow's opposition to the use of military force against Iran and warned that an attack on Iran's nuclear infrastructure would have catastrophic consequences for the entire world.
Today, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, referring to Moscow's constant contact with Tehran, said that Russia is ready to provide assistance to resolve tensions between the United States and Iran over the country's nuclear program.
Peskov had said in this regard: "We are constantly consulting with our Iranian partners, and of course, Russia is ready to make every effort and do everything in its power to help resolve this issue (Iran's peaceful nuclear program) through political and diplomatic means."
