Two foreign tankers, named "Star 1" and "Vintage," were seized from fuel smuggling networks in the central waters of the Persian Gulf.
According to Ashura News, citing the IRGC's Second Maritime Region Public Relations, this morning during a naval operation, two foreign tankers named "Star 1" and "Vintage" were seized from the heads of fuel smuggling networks in the middle waters of the Persian Gulf.
These two tankers, with 25 crew members, were engaged in organized fuel smuggling in the middle waters of the Persian Gulf, carrying a total of more than three million liters of smuggled diesel fuel.
These tankers were identified through intelligence monitoring by the fighters of the Second Maritime Region of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (peace be upon him) in Bushehr and are now being transferred to the Bushehr oil dock for seizure and unloading of the smuggled fuel, with a judicial order.
