Hamas announced in a statement: "The Zionist occupying regime has forced thousands of civilians to leave their homes in Rafah province by continuing its brutal attacks and committing war crimes."
According to Ashura News, citing Mehr News Agency, Hamas announced in a statement: The Zionist occupation regime has forced thousands of civilians to leave their homes in Rafah province by continuing its brutal attacks and committing war crimes. This action, which is being carried out in the shadow of widespread bombing and brutal killings, is a clear violation of international law and human rights and is a clear example of ethnic cleansing and a crime against humanity.
Hamas stated: The aim of this crime is to increase the suffering and hardship of the defenseless Palestinian people and worsen the humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, which have reached a catastrophic stage as a result of the genocidal war, siege and starvation policies by the Zionist regime.
The movement also called on the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries, the United Nations and the international community to take immediate action and put pressure on the occupation regime to stop these ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people.
The Hamas statement said: "We hold the fascist Israeli cabinet, as well as the US government, which provides the basis for the continuation of these crimes with its support, directly responsible for the consequences of these criminal acts. We call on international institutions, especially the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice, to take immediate and legal measures to try the leaders of this occupying regime as war criminals and prevent the continuation of aggression against the Palestinian people."
