Referring to the trilateral meeting between Iran, Russia, and China, the Russian presidential spokesman stated that Moscow believes that Iran has the right to develop a peaceful nuclear program.
According to Ashura News, citing Tasnim, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian presidency, said in his press conference today regarding the trilateral meeting of Iran, Russia and China in Beijing: All necessary reports related to the results of the trilateral meeting of Russia, Iran and China on the Iranian nuclear issue will be presented to Putin.
He continued: All sanctions against Iran in relation to the nuclear file are illegal. This issue must be resolved through diplomatic means.
According to the RIA Novosti news agency, the Kremlin spokesman stated: Moscow believes that Iran has the right to develop a peaceful nuclear program.
This morning, Beijing time, a trilateral meeting of Iran, Russia and China was held in Beijing with the presence of the deputy foreign ministers of the three countries to review Iran's nuclear program, and a joint statement was issued in this regard.
According to the joint statement issued, the three countries reiterated that diplomatic, political interactions and dialogue based on the principle of mutual respect are the only practical and credible options regarding the nuclear issue.
The three countries also emphasized the importance of UN Security Council Resolution 2231, including the time constraints contained therein, and called on the relevant parties to refrain from taking any action that would escalate the situation in order to create the appropriate atmosphere and conditions for diplomatic efforts.

He added: Mr. Gharibabadi, through very positive and constructive consultations and exchanges with other parties, achieved very important and valuable understandings regarding the development of trilateral cooperation on important international issues, including the necessity of the three countries' cooperation in confronting the unilateral and bullying sanctions of the United States.
