Dhul-Qa'idah is the first forbidden month of the year in which war should not be waged. The sin of war is war with God, and trampling on human rights means war with God Almighty. Therefore, we must be careful in this month, lest we unknowingly line up against God Almighty and His saints in the days of Dhul-Qa'idah and the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah.
He added: "If we want to meditate for 40 days during the days of Dhul-Qa'idah and the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah, perform the obligatory duties and avoid the forbidden, according to the development of Ayatollah Bahjat, the way to improve the affairs of this world and the hereafter is to improve the relationship with God, and the way to improve this relationship is to improve the prayer."
