Pezshkian notified 12 laws passed by the parliament to the executive agencies

According to Ashura News, citing Mehr News Agency, in implementation of Article 123 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezshkian notified the Ministry of Justice for implementation of the “Law on the Agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Belarus on the Transfer of Convicts to Serve the Remaining Sentences”, the “Law on the Treaty between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of Malaysia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters”, the “Law on the Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Tajikistan”, the “Law on Assistance between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of Malaysia on the Extradition of Criminals”, and the “Law on the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.

The President also sent the "Law on Organizing the Status of Constituencies and the Number of Representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly" to the Ministry of Interior and the Islamic Consultative Assembly for implementation, the "Law on the List of Invalid Laws and Decrees in the Field of Trade" to the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, and the Legal Assistant to the President in the Presidential Institution, the "Law on the Budget of the Whole Country for 1404 (Part Two)" to the National Planning and Budget Organization, the "Law on Amending Annexes (1) and (2) of the Additional Document (Protocol) 1375 (1996) to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution from the Dumping of Wastes and Other Substances" to the Environmental Protection Organization and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the "Law on Amending Articles of the Law on the Organization, Duties, and Elections of the Islamic Councils of the Country and the Election of Mayors" to the Ministry of Interior, the "Law on the List of Invalid Legislative Approvals of the Interim Period" to the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Presidential Institution (Legal Assistant to the President), and the "Law on Interpretation of the Law on the Prohibition of the Sale and Transfer of Lands Without Residential Use for Housing to Housing Cooperatives and Other Natural and Legal Entities." It was notified to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for implementation.
