The Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution said: The government will speed up processes related to production and exports in the field of cultural industries by creating an intelligent and centralized system.
According to Ashura News, quoted by Mehr News Agency, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Abdulhossein Khosropanah, Secretary of the Supreme Council for the Cultural Revolution, stated: "Creating facilities for the export of cultural and artistic products is one of the important challenges in the development of the country's cultural industries. Artists and producers in this field face numerous administrative and executive obstacles that make both the production process and the export of products difficult."
He added: "Plans such as launching parks of soft science and technology and cultural industries and creating creative cultural cities are valuable ideas that, if implemented properly, can help generate sustainable income for the country and present products at the international level." Advanced countries such as the United States and Western Europe, or even regional countries such as the UAE, have implemented these models and have provided serious support to producers by removing administrative obstacles.
The Secretary of the Supreme Council for the Cultural Revolution said: Unfortunately, in our country, problems such as the lack of appropriate land allocation for the development of these projects, the multiplicity of departments involved in issuing permits, and the complexities arising from various laws prevent the full realization of these goals. Sometimes, producers are forced to obtain permits from multiple centers and even after production, they face serious obstacles to exporting their products. While these industries can play a significant role in earning foreign exchange.
He added: A specific suggestion in this regard is that the government speed up the processes related to production and export by creating an intelligent and centralized system. Also, close monitoring should be applied to the performance of related agencies so that no institution can create obstacles in the way of artists' activities or the export of cultural products.
Hojjatoleslam Khosropanah said: Regulations such as the Supreme Council's approvals related to creative cultural cities and cultural industries, which are the laws of the country, must be implemented. Any action that goes against these resolutions or any negligence or omission by government agencies in supporting artists should be pursued judicially. Making processes transparent and legally addressing barriers of taste can certainly be a big step in supporting producers in this field.
