We are also trying to benefit from the capacity of foreign experts in this regard, and the necessary studies are being carried out to provide a way to improve the condition of Lake Urmia.
The President, stating that "rainfall plays a very important role in improving Lake Urmia and we hope that increased rainfall will help us revive the lake," emphasized the need to pay attention to Lake Urmia's revival plans in the agricultural sector and said: We must investigate why the plans in this sector that have been developed have not been implemented.
Reza Rahmani, Governor of West Azerbaijan and Secretary of the Lake Urmia Revival Headquarters, also presented a report on the progress of the activities implemented and the status of Lake Urmia during this visit.
The President also wrote on his page X: Along with Mr. Dr. Rahmani, Governor and Head of the Lake Urmia Revival Headquarters and some members of the headquarters, I was informed of the latest status of the lake during the visit.
