The naval forces of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Wednesday have managed to thwart an attempt by the United States to steal and confiscate Iranian oil in Oman Sea.
According to Ashura News, quoted by the news agency ISNA, During the attempt, the US confiscated an oil tanker carrying Iranian oil in the Sea of Oman and diverted the oil cargo to another tanker and directed it to an unknown destination.
Reacting promptly, however, naval forces of the IRGC carried out a heliborne operation on the stolen ship’s deck, confiscating the vessel, and transferred it back to Iran’s territorial.
Then, the US forces pursued the tanker using several helicopters and warships but failed due to the decisive and authoritative forces of the IRGC.
The US forces using some warships tried to block the path of the tanker but again failed.
