According to Ashura News, citing Al-Manar, the Israeli media reported that the air defense systems of the occupying army were activated after intercepting a drone launched from Yemen.
The Israeli Channel 12 TV claimed that a Yemeni drone was intercepted and destroyed near the Dead Sea before reaching the occupied territories.
Yemeni officials have not yet commented on the matter.
Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, announced hours before the drone and missile attack on the US aircraft carrier Harry Truman in the Red Sea.
